WhatsApp Integration
ClearAccess is built to meet users where they are. Our WhatsApp integration allows residents to manage their visitors without ever leaving their favorite messaging app.
Getting Started
To use ClearAccess on WhatsApp, your phone number must be registered to an active ClearAccess account (as a Member or Associate).
- Save the ClearAccess WhatsApp Number to your contacts.
- Send any message (e.g., "Hi") to the bot.
- The bot will recognize your number and link it to your estate account.
Key Commands
You can interact with the bot using simple natural language or specific commands.
Generate a Guest Pass
Send a message with the visitor's name.
Example: "Guest: David Otedola"
The bot will instantly reply with:
- A unique 6-digit access code.
- A link to a QR code pass.
- An "Entry Ticket" image that you can forward directly to your guest.
Check Your Balance
Command: "Balance"
The bot will return your current household wallet balance.
Guest Arrival Notifications
When a guest scans their pass at the gate, you will receive an instant WhatsApp notification:
"🔔 Guest Arrival: John Doe has just arrived at the gate for 12b Lekki Palms."
For Associates
Associates can also use the WhatsApp bot to generate their own personal access codes for entry/exit.
