Manager Guide
Managers are responsible for the overall operation of the ClearAccess platform within the estate.
Member Management
The most important part of your job is ensuring the resident directory is accurate.
Onboarding Residents
- Go to the Members tab.
- Click "Invite Member".
- Enter the resident's name, phone number, and address.
- Assign them the "Member" role.
Offboarding
When a resident moves out, find them in the directory and click "Remove". This instantly revokes their access and the access of all their Associates.
Revenue and Compliance
ClearAccess can help enforce estate policies at the gate.
Levy Enforcement
You can flag residents who are behind on estate dues. When a visitor for a flagged resident arrives at the gate, the guard will see a notification. Depending on your estate's policy, you can:
- Warn the visitor.
- Restrict access until the host contacts the office.
Access Rules
Managers can set global rules, such as:
- Visitor Curfews: No new entries after 10:00 PM.
- Blacklisted Visitors: Preventing specific individuals from entering the estate.
Analytics and Reporting
Use the Analytics dashboard to see:
- Peak Arrival Times: When is the gate most congested?
- Visitor Volume: How many guests enter the estate daily/weekly?
- Revenue: Tracking wallet top-ups and visitor fees collected.
You can export these records to CSV or PDF for your monthly estate committee meetings.
