ClearAccess offers flexible pricing for estates and a convenient wallet system for residents to manage visitor fees.

Estate Subscription Plans

We offer four primary plans designed to scale with your estate's needs:

• Free: For small communities or testing (up to 10 households).
• Starter: For growing estates needing basic management.
• Professional: For large estates requiring advanced analytics and multiple gates.
• Enterprise: For multi-site deployments with custom hardware integrations.

You can manage your subscription and view invoices in the Billing Settings section (available to Owners only).

The Resident Wallet

The wallet is a central feature that allows residents to cover the costs associated with their guests.

What is it used for?

• Visitor Access Fees: Some estates charge a small fee for every visitor entry.
• Estate Levies: Managers can automate the collection of monthly dues via the wallet.
• Top-up for Associates: Household associates use the principal Member's wallet for their transactions.

Adding Funds

Residents can top up their wallet instantly using Paystack. We support:

• Debit/Credit Cards
• Bank Transfers
• USSD Payments

Transaction Security

All financial transactions are handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors (Paystack). ClearAccess does not store your card details on our servers.
