NDPR Compliant
All visitor data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We adhere strictly to the localized data residency and processing requirements mandated by the NDPR framework for Nigerian entities.
Right to be Forgotten
We respect user sovereignty. Visitors can request complete deletion of their access logs and personal metadata from all ClearAccess systems instantly via our automated privacy portal.
Data Processing Policy
ClearAccess acts as a Data Processor for our clients (Estates and Corporate Offices). We do not sell visitor data. Our retention policies are user-configurable but default to minimization standards (auto-archive after 90 days).
